A pessimist or a realist
I have big dreams. At the same time, I am critical. Or, am I being realistic? As I try to understand the ground realities, weakness draws my attention, first. In 2017, in one of the group presentations at the Royal Institute for Governance and Strategic Studies as participants of Foundational Leadership Programme, our group contemplated how a broken bridge can be fixed as we move forward.
