Ceremonies, protocols and etiquettes are integral part of Bhutanese expression. Attending public events help understand societal norms, belief and value system and people, better. As I reflect on the promotion ceremony I attended at the Royal Institute of Management, I learnt that the gho (black) I put on is not so ceremonial.
